Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PSAP (prostate secretory protein of 94 amino acids) is a glycoprotein predominantly expressed in the prostate and seminal fluid, known for its potential roles in prostate health and disease. Research on PSAP has gained momentum due to its association with various pathological conditions, particularly prostate cancer. Studies suggest that PSAP may serve as a biomarker for early detection and prognosis of prostate malignancies, as well as a therapeutic target. The protein's ability to modulate cell signaling pathways and its involvement in immune responses further underscore its significance in oncological research. Moreover, PSAP's structure and function have been the subject of investigation, aiming to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and interactions within the tumor microenvironment. The exploration of PSAP in recombinant forms has opened new avenues for understanding its biological roles and developing targeted therapies, as recombinant proteins can be utilized for functional assays, therapeutic designs, and vaccine development. Overall, ongoing PSAP research underscores the protein’s importance in cancer biology, offering insights that may lead to improved diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for prostate cancer management.
