Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C9orf25, also known as Chromosome 9 open reading frame 25, is a gene of significant interest due to its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. Recent studies have implicated C9orf25 in inflammatory responses and neurodegenerative diseases, particularly amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and frontotemporal dementia (FTD). The gene's expression pattern and protein interactions suggest it plays a role in cellular signaling and stress response mechanisms. Understanding the structure and function of the C9orf25 protein through recombinant approaches can provide insights into its biological roles and pathological mechanisms. This research is essential as it may lead to new therapeutic strategies for diseases associated with C9orf25 dysregulation. Utilizing recombinant techniques to express and purify C9orf25 will enable detailed structural and functional studies, thus enhancing our knowledge of its role in cellular functions and its potential as a biomarker or drug target in relevant diseases. The investigation of C9orf25’s properties may also shed light on broader pathways implicated in neurodegeneration and inflammation, contributing to the development of innovative approaches to combat these complex disorders.
