Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RBM47 (RNA Binding Motif Protein 47) is a member of the RNA-binding protein family, playing a crucial role in post-transcriptional gene regulation. Research into RBM47 has surged due to its involvement in various biological processes, including RNA splicing, stability, and transport, as well as its implications in cellular responses to stress. Notably, aberrations in RBM47 expression levels have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, emphasizing its relevance in medical research. Recent studies have also highlighted its potential role in neurodevelopment and neurodegenerative disorders, attracting interest in understanding its molecular mechanisms. The recombinant expression of RBM47 allows for detailed functional analyses, aiding in the identification of its binding partners and elucidating its pathways in cellular mechanisms. Such research is essential for revealing the broader implications of RBM47 in health and disease, and for exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. Thus, investigating the recombinant protein RBM47 not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for novel approaches in disease treatment.
