Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cyclin B1 (CYCB1-1) is a key regulatory protein involved in the cell cycle, specifically during the transition from the G2 phase to mitosis. It plays a crucial role in activating cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1), which is essential for cell division and the proper segregation of chromosomes. Dysregulation of CYCB1-1 expression has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where its overexpression can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation. As such, research on the recombinant expression of CYCB1-1 protein has gained significant importance in understanding its functional mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. The ability to produce CYCB1-1 in a recombinant system allows for detailed studies of its structure and interactions with other cell cycle proteins, paving the way for novel drug designs targeting CDK1 and associated pathways. Furthermore, recombinant CYCB1-1 provides a valuable tool for high-throughput screening assays aimed at identifying small molecules or compounds that could modulate its activity, offering new avenues for cancer treatment. Understanding the biochemistry of CYCB1-1 also contributes to broader insights into cell cycle regulation and the potential identification of biomarkers for cancer prognosis. Overall, the investigation of recombinantly expressed CYCB1-1 is vital for both fundamental biology and clinical applications in oncology.
