Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C8orf46, a gene located on chromosome 8, encodes a protein whose functions remain largely unexplored within the scientific community. Initial studies have suggested its involvement in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and apoptosis, which are critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis and tissue integrity. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have allowed researchers to produce recombinant C8orf46 protein, enabling detailed investigations into its structural and functional characteristics. Understanding the role of C8orf46 may provide valuable insights into its potential implications in developmental biology and disease mechanisms, particularly given its expression in several tissues and potential association with certain pathological conditions. Exploring the protein's interactions, regulatory pathways, and the impact of its dysregulation could shed light on its contributions to cellular functions, making it a promising target for future therapeutic interventions. Thus, the recombinant C8orf46 protein serves as a vital tool for advancing our understanding of this enigmatic gene and may open new avenues for research in genetics and biomedical science.
