Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASGRP3, a member of the RAS guanyl nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) family, plays a pivotal role in the regulation of RAS signaling pathways, which are essential for cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Unlike its closely related counterparts RASGRP1 and RASGRP2, which have been extensively studied, RASGRP3 remains less understood, despite its potential implications in various physiological and pathological processes. Research has indicated that RASGRP3 may be implicated in immune responses, as well as certain cancers, making it a target of interest for therapeutic strategies. Understanding the structure and function of RASGRP3 is critical for elucidating its role in RAS signaling and its potential involvement in disease. Recombinant protein studies provide a valuable approach to investigating the biochemical properties of RASGRP3, including its interaction with RAS proteins and other cellular components. This research can pave the way for developing new strategies to manipulate RAS signaling pathways in disease contexts, thus underscoring the importance of RASGRP3 in both basic science and clinical applications.
