Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASGRP2 is a member of the Ras guanine nucleotide exchange factor family, which plays a pivotal role in the regulation of RAS signaling pathways. These pathways are critical for various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. RASGRP2 is particularly involved in hematopoietic cells, where it contributes to platelet activation and function. Research has indicated that dysregulation of RASGRP2 may lead to several hematological disorders, including thrombosis and certain cancers. The study of RASGRP2 recombinant protein is significant for enhancing our understanding of its biological functions and the underlying mechanisms of diseases associated with its dysfunction. By producing and characterizing this protein, researchers aim to explore its interaction with other molecules in signaling pathways, its role in platelet signaling, and its potential as a therapeutic target. Additionally, understanding how RASGRP2 regulates its downstream effects could provide insight into developing innovative strategies for treating related disorders, particularly in the context of abnormal platelet activity or malignancies. Overall, research focused on RASGRP2 not only expands our knowledge of cell signaling dynamics but also paves the way for targeted therapeutic interventions in hematological diseases.
