Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RASGRF1, a member of the RAS gene family, plays a crucial role as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that activates RAS proteins, which are pivotal in various signaling pathways governing cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Alterations in RASGRF1 expression have been associated with several human diseases, including cancer, where its dysregulation can lead to aberrant cell signaling and tumorigenesis. The study of RASGRF1 as a recombinant protein has gained traction due to its potential therapeutic implications; understanding its structure-function relationships and interaction with RAS proteins can provide insights into novel cancer treatments. Furthermore, the investigation of RASGRF1's role in neuronal development and function highlights its significance in neurobiology, as its expression levels are dynamically regulated in the brain. Researchers have been utilizing recombinant DNA technology to produce and characterize RASGRF1, aiming to elucidate its molecular mechanisms and how it influences various cellular processes. Overall, the exploration of RASGRF1 as a recombinant protein opens avenues for targeted therapies and provides a deeper understanding of its contributions to human health and disease.
