Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ECM31 is a recombinant protein derived from a specific gene sequence with significant implications in various fields of biomedical research. Understanding ECM31 is crucial for insights into cellular mechanisms, as it plays a role in extracellular matrix interactions and cellular signaling pathways. Its expression levels have been linked to numerous physiological processes, including tissue repair and immune responses. Recent studies suggest that ECM31 may influence cancer progression and metastasis by modulating tumor microenvironments. The ability to produce ECM31 through recombinant DNA technology allows for detailed functional analyses and exploration of its therapeutic potential. Researchers are particularly interested in its role as a biomarker for disease states and its use in targeted therapies. The ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise mechanisms by which ECM31 functions within biological systems, paving the way for innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in treating various diseases, particularly in oncology and regenerative medicine.
