稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ORF3 protein, a product of the open reading frame 3 gene, has garnered significant attention in the field of virology and molecular biology due to its potential role in viral pathogenesis and host interactions. Initially identified in various viruses, including Hepatitis E Virus (HEV), ORF3 is believed to play a critical role in viral replication, pathogenesis, and modulation of the host immune response. Research indicates that ORF3 interacts with host cellular pathways, influencing processes such as apoptosis and autophagy, which are pivotal for viral survival and replication within the host. The protein's multifunctional nature suggests it could serve as a target for therapeutic interventions. Additionally, studies have shown that ORF3 can induce immune evasion mechanisms, complicating vaccine development efforts. Recent advancements in protein expression systems have facilitated the generation of recombinant ORF3 proteins, allowing for in-depth biochemical and biophysical studies. These efforts have not only improved our understanding of ORF3's specific functions but also its potential as a biomarker for disease progression in infections like hepatitis E. As researchers continue to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying ORF3's activities, the recombinant protein serves as a crucial tool for elucidating its roles in viral life cycles and host interactions, potentially paving the way for novel antiviral strategies.
