Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB33A is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which are critical regulators of intracellular vesicular trafficking. Research on RAB33A has gained attention due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including autophagy, exocytosis, and endocytosis. Emerging studies suggest that RAB33A plays a significant role in the biogenesis of autophagosomes and the regulation of Golgi apparatus functions. Its abnormal regulation has been implicated in several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers. Therefore, the production of recombinant RAB33A protein is essential for elucidating its molecular mechanisms and functional roles. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can generate large quantities of RAB33A for in vitro studies, enabling them to investigate its interactions with effector proteins and its impact on cellular pathways. Understanding RAB33A's function at the structural and molecular levels could reveal potential therapeutic targets for diseases linked to its dysregulation, thereby advancing our knowledge of cellular dynamics and disease mechanisms.
