Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of PXK (Paxillin-Related Protein Kinase) recombinant protein is rooted in its significant role in cellular signaling and regulation. PXK is known to interact with various proteins involved in cytoskeletal dynamics and focal adhesion turnover, making it a crucial component in processes such as cell migration, adhesion, and tissue remodeling. The importance of PXK in these biological functions has drawn attention due to its potential implications in cancer metastasis and other diseases characterized by aberrant cell behavior. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques have enabled the production of PXK as a recombinant protein, facilitating in-depth studies of its structure and function. These recombinant proteins can be used in various assays to elucidate the interactions and pathways in which PXK is involved. Understanding the molecular mechanisms of PXK can provide insights into therapeutic targets for diseases where cellular signaling is disrupted. Furthermore, the production and characterization of PXK recombinant proteins allow researchers to explore its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic agent in cancer and other conditions linked to abnormal cell migration and adhesion.
