Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf63, also known as TMSB4X, is a gene located on chromosome 17 that encodes a protein involved in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization and cell signaling. The interest in studying C17orf63 recombinant protein arises from its potential implications in understanding cancer biology and other diseases. Preliminary research has suggested that alterations in the expression levels of C17orf63 may correlate with tumorigenesis and metastasis in various cancer types. Furthermore, the protein also plays a role in the modulation of immune responses, making it a candidate for investigations into autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions. The recombinant expression of C17orf63 allows researchers to produce large quantities of the protein for biochemical analysis and functional studies. Techniques such as bacterial expression systems or mammalian cell systems are often employed to obtain a properly folded and functional protein, which can then be used in assays to evaluate its biochemical properties, interactions with other cellular components, and effects on cellular functions. Understanding the role of C17orf63 in cellular activities could provide insights into its mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker. Expanding our knowledge about this protein could ultimately contribute to the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for cancer and other diseases associated with its dysregulation. Thus, the study of C17orf63 recombinant protein is a promising avenue for expanding our understanding of complex biological systems and their implications in health and disease.
