Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf27, also known as Chromosome 17 Open Reading Frame 27, is a gene located on the long arm of chromosome 17 that has recently garnered attention in the realm of molecular biology and genetics. The protein encoded by C17orf27 is of particular interest due to its potential involvement in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Preliminary studies have suggested that C17orf27 may play a role in certain diseases, including cancer, although its precise function remains largely undefined. The recombinant protein study of C17orf27 aims to elucidate its structural characteristics and biological functions, providing insights into its role in health and disease. Expression of recombinant C17orf27 protein in appropriate systems (such as bacteria or mammalian cells) allows researchers to produce sufficient quantities for biochemical assays, structural analysis, and functional studies. Understanding the interactions of C17orf27 with other cellular components could reveal its mechanisms in disease pathology, potentially paving the way for therapeutic developments. Overall, C17orf27 represents a promising target for further investigation, with the recombinant protein studies serving as a foundation for unraveling its significance in cellular functions and disease mechanisms.
