稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRY recombinant proteins have gained considerable attention in the field of biotechnology and molecular biology due to their potential applications in therapeutic and diagnostic processes. PRY, an acronym for "Prion-Related Y, " refers to a group of proteins implicated in prion diseases, which are neurodegenerative disorders caused by misfolded proteins. The study of PRY proteins is crucial for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases, as they can influence protein misfolding, aggregation, and propagation. Researchers have focused on the structure-function relationships of PRY proteins to determine their roles in cellular processes and pathology. Furthermore, the generation of PRY recombinant proteins allows for detailed functional studies and the development of assays to screen for therapeutic agents that could hinder prion propagation. These proteins also serve as valuable tools in studying protein interactions and folding pathways, enhancing our understanding of protein misfolding disorders. As the prevalence of neurodegenerative diseases continues to rise, enhancing our knowledge of PRY proteins through recombinant technology could pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies and early diagnostic tools, ultimately contributing to the fight against these debilitating conditions.
