稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The SAA1 (Serum Amyloid A1) protein is a significant acute-phase reactant, primarily produced by the liver in response to inflammation. Its levels can increase dramatically during inflammatory conditions, making it a potential biomarker for various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, infections, and chronic inflammatory states. Research into SAA1 has gained prominence due to its role in the pathogenesis of amyloidosis, a condition characterized by the deposition of amyloid proteins in tissues and organs, leading to dysfunction. The recombinant production of SAA1 protein is crucial for elucidating its structural and functional properties, as well as for developing targeted therapeutic interventions. By using recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce large quantities of SAA1 protein, facilitating studies on its interactions with other molecules, its regulatory mechanisms in inflammation, and its potential role in the immune response. These investigations may contribute to a better understanding of how SAA1 influences disease processes and its potential as a therapeutic target or diagnostic marker in clinical settings. Overall, ongoing research involving SAA1 recombinant protein aims to bridge the gap between molecular biology and clinical application, ultimately enhancing our understanding of disease mechanisms and improving patient outcomes.
