稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRSS35, a member of the serine protease family, has garnered attention due to its unique expression pattern and potential roles in various physiological processes. This protease is primarily expressed in the testis and has been implicated in male fertility and reproductive health. Its involvement in sperm maturation and movement suggests a critical function in the male reproductive system. Recent studies indicate that PRSS35 may play a role in the degradation of extracellular matrix proteins, which is vital for spermatozoa motility and overall reproductive success. Additionally, investigations into PRSS35 have revealed correlations with certain pathological conditions, including infertility and cancer, thus highlighting its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. The recombinant protein form of PRSS35 allows for in-depth biochemical analyses, facilitating the understanding of its enzymatic mechanisms, substrate specificity, and interactions with other molecules. Research on PRSS35 not only aims to elucidate its biological significance but also explores its potential applications in reproductive medicine and oncology, marking it as a promising candidate for future studies focused on reproductive health and disease intervention.
