Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RPL29, a ribosomal protein belonging to the L29 family, plays a crucial role in ribosome assembly and protein synthesis in eukaryotic cells. As a component of the large ribosomal subunit, RPL29 contributes to the structural integrity and functionality of ribosomes, which are essential for translating mRNA into proteins. Studies have shown that RPL29 is not only involved in ribosome biogenesis but may also participate in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and stress responses. Its expression levels can be influenced by different cellular conditions, indicating its potential role in cellular homeostasis and adaptation. The recombinant expression of RPL29 protein in laboratory settings allows researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interactions with ribosomal RNA, and other ribosomal proteins, thereby providing insights into its function and regulatory mechanisms within the ribosome. Additionally, understanding the role of RPL29 may have implications in diseases related to ribosomal dysfunction, such as cancers and genetic disorders. As such, the study of RPL29 and its recombinant forms is significant for elucidating the fundamental principles of ribosomal biology and potential therapeutic applications.
