Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PROX1, also known as prospero homeobox 1, is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the development and differentiation of various tissues, particularly in the lymphatic system and the central nervous system. Its study has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in key biological processes such as cell proliferation, migration, and fate determination. Aberrant expression of PROX1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, where it can influence tumor progression and metastasis. The ability of PROX1 to regulate gene expression makes it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. Research into recombinant PROX1 protein aims to understand its functional mechanisms better, explore its role in cellular signaling pathways, and investigate its potential therapeutic applications. By creating recombinant forms of PROX1, researchers can study its interactions with target genes and proteins, thereby shedding light on its contributions to both physiological and pathological processes. This research landscape not only enhances our understanding of PROX1’s biological significance but also opens avenues for developing novel treatments for diseases associated with its dysregulation.
