Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR3A, or Polymerase III subunit A, is a crucial component of RNA polymerase III, the enzyme responsible for synthesizing various small non-coding RNAs, including tRNA, 5S rRNA, and other essential regulatory RNA molecules. As an integral part of the transcription machinery, POLR3A plays a significant role in gene expression regulation, cellular proliferation, and the synthesis of RNA required for protein translation. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of POLR3A in various biological processes, including immune response and tumorigenesis, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Mutations or dysregulation of POLR3A have been linked to several diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers. The recombinant expression of POLR3A offers a valuable tool for studying its structure-function relationships and the mechanisms by which it interacts with other transcriptional factors and DNA. Moreover, understanding the biochemical properties and activity of POLR3A in vitro could provide insights into its role in pathological conditions and help in the development of novel strategies for disease treatment. Through the generation of POLR3A recombinant proteins, researchers can elucidate its function, explore potential post-translational modifications, and test inhibitor molecules, ultimately advancing our knowledge of this vital enzyme and its implications in health and disease.
