Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KEL (Kallikrein-related peptidase) is a serine protease family member that is involved in various physiological processes, including blood pressure regulation, inflammation, and tissue remodeling. Research on KEL recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in therapeutic and diagnostic fields. Given the intricacies of KEL's role in disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer progression and cardiovascular disorders, scientists are focused on understanding its structure and function at a molecular level. The ability to produce KEL as a recombinant protein allows for extensive studies on its enzymatic activity, inhibition, and interactions with other biomolecules. This recombinant approach not only facilitates the exploration of KEL's biological relevance but also aids in the development of novel inhibitors that can be used as therapeutic agents. Additionally, studying KEL through recombinant techniques provides insights into its genetic variations and their impacts on disease susceptibility. Therefore, the exploration of KEL recombinant proteins stands at the intersection of basic research and potential clinical applications, making it a crucial area of study in proteomics and biotechnology.
