稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CLINT1, or Clathrin-Interacting Protein 1, is a key player in the cellular endocytic pathway, particularly involved in clathrin-mediated endocytosis. It is essential for the proper functioning of various cellular processes, including the internalization of receptors and nutrients, signaling, and membrane trafficking. The understanding of CLINT1's role has been furthered by studies linking it to various physiological processes and diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Its interaction with clathrin and other endocytic machinery proteins highlights its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating intracellular transport. The production of recombinant CLINT1 protein facilitates in-depth studies of its structure, function, and interactions, providing insights that could lead to novel therapeutic strategies. Additionally, understanding the regulatory mechanisms governing CLINT1 activity could uncover potential targets for drug development in diseases associated with dysfunctional endocytosis. Therefore, the research on CLINT1 recombinant protein serves not only to elucidate its biological significance but also to pave the way for future advancements in medical science.
