  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

C14orf133, located on chromosome 14, encodes a protein of emerging interest due to its potential roles in various biological processes and disease mechanisms. Initial studies suggest that C14orf133 may be involved in cellular functions such as proliferation and differentiation, making it a candidate for investigation in cancer biology and developmental disorders. Recent research has begun to uncover its involvement in the immune response and cellular signaling pathways, hinting at its broader implications in health and disease. Additionally, the expression patterns of C14orf133 during different developmental stages and in various tissue types highlight its potential significance in physiological regulation. The development of recombinant C14orf133 protein has facilitated the exploration of its biochemical properties and interactions, providing valuable insights into its functional mechanisms. By understanding how C14orf133 operates at the molecular level, scientists aim to elucidate its contributions to complex diseases, potentially identifying novel therapeutic targets in the process. This line of research is particularly timely, given the increasing recognition of the importance of previously uncharacterized proteins in the context of disease and therapeutic innovation. Further exploration of C14orf133 could therefore enhance our understanding of its role in human health and disease, paving the way for future studies aimed at harnessing its biological potential.
