稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-36B is a member of the IL-1 cytokine family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation. It is primarily expressed in epithelial tissues and is implicated in various inflammatory diseases, including psoriasis, where its overexpression correlates with disease severity. Recent studies have highlighted IL-36B's involvement in the activation of innate immunity and the promotion of T helper 17 (Th17) cell responses, making it a potential target for therapeutic intervention. Researchers are increasingly focusing on recombinant IL-36B proteins to better understand their biological functions, signaling pathways, and interactions with other cytokines. By investigating IL-36B's structure and activity, scientists aim to elucidate its precise role in inflammatory processes and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. The advancement of recombinant protein technologies allows for the production of high-purity IL-36B, facilitating in-depth studies of its mechanisms of action and offering insights into novel treatment strategies for conditions characterized by chronic inflammation.
