Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C12orf52, also known as Chromosome 12 Open Reading Frame 52, is a relatively uncharacterized protein that has gained attention in the field of molecular biology for its potential roles in various cellular processes. Research on C12orf52 has emerged due to its association with several physiological and pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Despite its name indicating a location on chromosome 12, the exact functional mechanism of C12orf52 remains largely unclear. Recent studies suggest that it may play a role in cellular stress response and protein homeostasis, potentially influencing critical pathways involved in cell survival and proliferation. The creation of recombinant C12orf52 protein is pivotal for advancing our understanding of its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular components. Utilizing techniques such as cloning, expression in suitable host systems, and purification, researchers aim to obtain sufficient quantities of functional protein for in vitro and in vivo studies. This endeavor not only facilitates the exploration of C12orf52's biological functions but also aids in determining its potential as a therapeutic target. Overall, the investigation of C12orf52 and its recombinant protein could yield significant insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for novel approaches in biomedical research.
