稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C12orf44, also known as the "Chromosome 12 Open Reading Frame 44," is a gene located on human chromosome 12 that has garnered attention in recent biomedical research due to its potential involvement in various cellular processes and diseases. Preliminary studies suggest that C12orf44 may play a role in cellular signaling and regulation, potentially influencing cell proliferation and differentiation. The protein encoded by this gene is thought to be implicated in certain neurodevelopmental disorders, leading researchers to investigate its precise biological functions. Recombination and expression of C12orf44 in heterologous systems allow for a better understanding of its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and its role in pathological conditions. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying the actions of C12orf44 could provide insights into its contribution to neurodevelopment and other related disorders, making it a relevant target for future therapeutic interventions. Therefore, the study of C12orf44 recombinant protein serves as a critical step in elucidating the biological significance of this gene, paving the way for further investigations into its clinical implications.
