Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP2R5B, a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, division, and apoptosis. Dysregulation of PP2A has been implicated in numerous diseases, particularly cancer, making PPP2R5B a significant target for therapeutic research. Understanding the structure and function of PPP2R5B can provide insights into its role in tumor suppressor pathways and signal transduction mechanisms. Recent studies have focused on the reconstitution of PPP2R5B as a recombinant protein to investigate its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. The production of this recombinant protein allows researchers to analyze its effect on PP2A activity, elucidating the molecular mechanisms that govern its regulatory functions. Additionally, exploring the structural dynamics of PPP2R5B can offer valuable information regarding its binding affinities with different substrates and inhibitors, thereby potentially leading to the development of novel pharmacological strategies. The ongoing research into PPP2R5B not only enhances our fundamental understanding of PP2A's role in health and disease but also paves the way for innovative therapeutic approaches targeting this important regulatory complex.
