Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NXPH1 (Nexin-1 homolog 1) is a member of the neurexin superfamily, which plays a crucial role in synapse formation and neurotransmission. It is predominantly expressed in the brain and is implicated in various neurological processes. Recent studies have shown that NXPH1 is involved in synaptic plasticity, which is essential for learning and memory, and has been linked to neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and schizophrenia. The investigation of NXPH1 recombinant proteins has garnered increasing interest, as these proteins can help elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying its function in synapse development and maintenance. By generating and characterizing NXPH1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to better understand the protein's structure-function relationship and its interaction with other synaptic proteins. This research could pave the way for potential therapeutic strategies targeting NXPH1-related pathways in neurological disorders, making it a significant focus in the field of neurobiology and synaptic research.
