Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
INSL3, or Insulin-like 3, is a peptide hormone that plays a critical role in male reproductive function, particularly in regulating testicular descent and the development of the male reproductive system. Discovered in the early 1990s, INSL3 is primarily produced by Leydig cells in the testes and is essential for normal gonadal development and function. Research on INSL3 has gained momentum due to its implications in various medical conditions, such as cryptorchidism (undescended testis) and infertility. Understanding the molecular mechanisms behind INSL3 signaling may provide insights into developmental disorders and potential therapeutic targets. Moreover, its role as a biomarker in reproductive health has been explored, with studies indicating that altered levels of INSL3 may be associated with conditions like hormonal imbalances and testicular tumors. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production of biologically active INSL3, enabling in-depth studies of its biological functions and interactions. This research trajectory not only enhances our understanding of male reproductive physiology but also contributes to developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for related disorders.
