稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBTF (Upstream Binding Transcription Factor) is a pivotal protein involved in the regulation of ribosomal RNA synthesis and is essential for the formation of the nucleolus, a cellular structure critical for ribosome biogenesis. Research into UBTF has gained traction due to its significant role in cellular growth and proliferation, making it a key player in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer. It has been observed that UBTF is overexpressed in several malignancies, correlating with aggressive tumor behavior and poor prognosis. Understanding the structure and function of UBTF provides insights into its regulatory mechanisms and potential pathways for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of UBTF to investigate its interactions with other nucleolar proteins and RNA elements, which could unravel new dimensions of its role in transcriptional regulation. Given the increasing interest in targeting nucleolar dysfunction in cancer treatment, UBTF serves as a promising candidate for developing novel biomarkers and drug targets, thereby underscoring the importance of ongoing research in this area.
