Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C10orf46, also known as SLC39A10, is a gene located on chromosome 10 that has garnered attention due to its potential roles in human biology and disease. Recent studies have identified C10orf46 as being involved in several cellular processes, including zinc homeostasis and cellular signaling. Aberrant expression of C10orf46 has been implicated in various pathologies, particularly in cancer, where its dysregulation may influence tumor growth and metastasis. Additionally, the protein's involvement in immune responses highlights its relevance in understanding autoimmune diseases. Researchers are increasingly focused on characterizing the recombinant protein of C10orf46 to elucidate its structure-function relationships and explore potential therapeutic applications. The recombinant protein can serve as a valuable tool for studying the protein's interactions with other cellular components and its regulatory pathways. Moreover, understanding the biochemical properties of C10orf46 may lead to the identification of novel biomarkers or targets for therapeutic intervention. As research progresses, insights gained from C10orf46 could inform strategies for diagnostics and treatment, particularly in contexts where its function is disrupted. The continuous exploration of C10orf46 not only enhances our understanding of its biological roles but also opens avenues for innovative research that could significantly impact medical science.
