Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
POLR3E, a component of the RNA polymerase III complex, is integral to the transcription of various small non-coding RNAs, including transfer RNAs (tRNAs) and 5S ribosomal RNAs. Studies have shown that POLR3E is essential for maintaining normal cellular functions and plays a pivotal role in cellular proliferation and gene expression regulation. Dysregulation or mutations in POLR3E can lead to a variety of diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its importance in cellular homeostasis. Additionally, the protein's role in RNA-dependent processes positions it as a critical target for therapeutic interventions aimed at diseases characterized by aberrant RNA metabolism. The study of POLR3E recombinant protein is crucial for understanding its functional mechanisms, interactions with other transcriptional factors, and its potential as a biomarker for disease progression. Furthermore, through the production and characterization of POLR3E recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate its structural features and post-translational modifications, paving the way for advanced studies on its role in transcriptional regulation and potential applications in biotechnology and medicine.
