Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The POLR2L gene encodes a subunit of RNA polymerase II, which is essential for the transcription of most eukaryotic genes. As a component of the core polymerase complex, POLR2L plays a critical role in mediating the synthesis of messenger RNA (mRNA) from DNA templates. Research on POLR2L recombinant proteins has gained prominence due to their potential applications in understanding transcription mechanisms and gene regulation. Studies have shown that POLR2L interacts with various transcription factors and other protein complexes, influencing the initiation and regulation of gene expression. Furthermore, the exploration of POLR2L's structural properties and functional dynamics can provide insights into the molecular basis of transcription-related disorders. Recombinant POLR2L proteins are vital for conducting biochemical assays, structural analyses, and functional studies, enhancing our comprehension of its role in cellular processes and potential implications in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Thus, the investigation of POLR2L and its recombinant forms holds significant promise for advancing our knowledge in molecular biology and therapeutic development.
