Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAB2 (TAK1-binding protein 2) is a critical adaptor protein involved in various signaling pathways that regulate cellular responses to stress, inflammation, and immunity. Research on TAB2 has gained momentum due to its pivotal role in the activation of the TAK1 (TGF-beta activated kinase 1) signaling pathway, which is essential for mediating inflammatory responses and cellular survival under stress conditions. Dysregulation of TAB2 and its associated pathways has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders. Understanding the structure and function of TAB2 is crucial for elucidating its role in these processes and its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of TAB2 to facilitate detailed biochemical characterization and functional analysis. By generating large quantities of purified TAB2 protein, researchers aim to investigate its interactions with various signaling molecules and to study its effects on downstream signaling cascades. The recombinant TAB2 approach not only aids in the identification of novel therapeutic agents but also enhances our understanding of its physiological roles in health and disease. Consequently, the research surrounding TAB2 and its recombinant protein is an important avenue in the field of molecular biology and biomedicine, promising to deliver insights that could be harnessed for innovative therapeutic strategies.
