稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Chid1, short for "chimeric protein 1," is a protein that has garnered attention in various fields of biological research due to its potential roles in fundamental cellular processes. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in cellular signaling, gene regulation, and protein interactions, making it a candidate for understanding mechanisms underlying disease states such as cancer and neurodegeneration. The requirement for high-quality recombinant Chid1 protein has prompted researchers to explore various expression systems to produce it effectively, addressing challenges such as solubility and proper folding. Consequently, advances in techniques such as molecular cloning, protein expression optimization, and purification strategies have become essential for studying Chid1’s structure and function. Understanding the biochemical properties of recombinant Chid1 can pave the way for its application as a therapeutic target, as well as a diagnostic marker. Researchers are particularly interested in elucidating the protein's role in modulating pathways linked to cellular stress responses and apoptosis. As the body of knowledge surrounding Chid1 expands, it may also serve as a model for exploring the broader implications of chimeric proteins in biological systems, thereby contributing to the fields of molecular biology and biochemistry.
