Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PLEKHO1, or Pleckstrin Homology Domain-containing Protein 1, is a member of the pleckstrin homology (PH) domain-containing proteins, which are involved in various cellular processes including membrane trafficking, signal transduction, and cytoskeletal organization. The protein has garnered interest due to its potential roles in regulating cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation. Recent studies suggest that PLEKHO1 may be involved in the development of certain diseases, including cancer, where its expression levels can influence tumor behavior and patient outcomes. Additionally, PLEKHO1 has been implicated in immune responses, further highlighting its significance in both physiological and pathological processes. Given these factors, the recombinant expression and characterization of PLEKHO1 provide valuable insights into its functional mechanisms and potential therapeutic applications. Understanding the structure and interactions of this protein can aid in the identification of novel drug targets and contribute to the development of innovative treatment strategies for diseases where PLEKHO1 is a critical player. Thus, research on the recombinant PLEKHO1 protein is crucial for elucidating its biological roles and establishing its relevance in health and disease.
