稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD200 is a membrane protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses. It is primarily expressed on various cells, including neurons and immune cells, and interacts with its receptor CD200R, found on myeloid cells. This interaction is vital for maintaining immune homeostasis, as it can inhibit excessive immune activation and promote a tolerogenic environment. Dysregulation of the CD200-CD200R signaling pathway has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammation, and cancer. Research has focused on the therapeutic potential of CD200 as a target for modulating immune responses, with studies investigating its role in protecting against tissue damage in autoimmune disorders and enhancing anti-tumor immunity. The development of CD200 recombinant proteins for therapeutic applications aims to harness its immunoregulatory properties, providing a promising approach to not only alleviate autoimmune conditions but also to improve cancer immunotherapy strategies. These studies underscore the importance of CD200 in the immune system and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in treating a variety of diseases.
