稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD30 ligand (CD30L), a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily, is primarily expressed on activated T cells and plays a critical role in immune response regulation and cell differentiation. Its interaction with the CD30 receptor, found on various immune cells, is essential for promoting cell survival, proliferation, and cytokine production, making it a significant player in inflammatory diseases and certain malignancies. Abnormal expression of CD30 and CD30L has been implicated in various pathologies, including autoimmunity and cancer, particularly in lymphoproliferative disorders like Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Research on recombinant CD30L has gained momentum due to its potential therapeutic applications. By producing CD30L in a recombinant form, scientists aim to study its biological functions, elucidate its signaling pathways, and explore its role in modulating immune responses. Furthermore, recombinant CD30L can be utilized as a targeted therapy to enhance anti-tumor immunity by activating CD30-expressing cells or inhibiting the growth of tumors that exploit the CD30 signaling pathway for survival. Understanding the intricacies of CD30L and its interactions could lead to innovative treatment strategies, enhancing the effectiveness of existing therapies or providing alternatives for patients with malignancies that have limited treatment options. Thus, the investigation of CD30L recombinant protein not only contributes to fundamental immunology but also holds promise for the development of novel immunotherapies aimed at harnessing the body's immune system to combat cancer and other diseases.
