Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIP5K2B, or Phosphatidylinositol-5-phosphate 4-kinase type 2 beta, is a member of the phosphoinositide kinase family that plays a pivotal role in the synthesis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PIP2), a critical signaling lipid involved in various cellular processes. Research on PIP5K2B has gained momentum due to its implications in cellular signaling pathways, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal organization. Additionally, PIP2 has been implicated in essential biological functions such as cellular proliferation, apoptosis, and migration. Dysregulation of PIP5K2B has been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurological disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. The ability to express and purify recombinant PIP5K2B protein enables researchers to perform detailed studies on its biochemical properties, functional mechanisms, and interaction with other signaling molecules. Furthermore, understanding the structure and function of PIP5K2B can provide insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity for clinical applications.
