稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD276, also known as B7-H3, is a member of the B7 family of immune regulatory molecules that has gained significant attention in recent years due to its role in modulating immune responses in various cancers. As an engaging checkpoint molecule, CD276 is involved in the inhibition of T-cell activation and proliferation, making it a potential target for immunotherapy. High expression levels of CD276 have been correlated with poor prognosis in several malignancies, including melanoma, lung cancer, and prostate cancer. Research has shown that CD276 can facilitate immune evasion by tumors, thereby contributing to disease progression and resistance to conventional treatments. Consequently, the development of recombinant CD276 proteins is crucial for studying its function and the mechanisms underlying its immunosuppressive effects. Such proteins can be utilized in various applications, including the creation of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, vaccine development, and combination therapies aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Understanding the interactions and pathways involving CD276 may lead to novel therapeutic strategies and improved outcomes for cancer patients. As the field of immuno-oncology continues to evolve, examining CD276 and its recombinant proteins presents opportunities for developing innovative treatments that can effectively reinvigorate the immune response against tumors.
