稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C17orf75, located on chromosome 17, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in cellular functions and disease mechanisms. This gene encodes a protein that is thought to be involved in various biological processes, including cell signaling, immune responses, and possibly even regulation of gene expression. Initial studies have suggested that the C17orf75 protein may play a role in certain cancers and genetic disorders, although its precise biological functions remain poorly understood. The characterization of C17orf75 and the production of its recombinant protein are essential steps toward elucidating its molecular mechanisms. By expressing and purifying the recombinant C17orf75 protein, researchers aim to investigate its structure, functional properties, and interactions with other cellular components, which could provide insights into its involvement in disease pathogenesis. This research may pave the way for developing potential therapeutic targets or biomarkers related to conditions associated with C17orf75 dysregulation, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of its role in human health and disease.
