Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATP2A3, also known as Sarcoplasmic Reticulum Ca²⁺-ATPase (SERCA3), is an essential enzyme involved in calcium homeostasis within cells, particularly in muscle tissues and various other cells. The proper functioning of ATP2A3 is critical for regulating intracellular calcium levels, which are pivotal for numerous physiological processes, including muscle contraction, hormone secretion, and cell signaling. Dysregulation of ATP2A3 has been implicated in various diseases, including heart failure, skeletal muscle disorders, and certain cancers, where abnormal calcium handling contributes to disease progression. As such, recombinant ATP2A3 has gained significant attention in research as a potential therapeutic target and biomarker. By producing and studying this recombinant protein, researchers aim to better understand its structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms, thereby paving the way for innovative treatments and interventions. Moreover, the ability to produce ATP2A3 in a controlled environment allows for detailed biochemical analyses and the exploration of its role in pathophysiology. This research not only enhances our fundamental understanding of calcium signaling but also holds promise for developing targeted therapies that could rectify the calcium imbalance associated with various diseases. Thus, the study of ATP2A3 as a recombinant protein stands at the intersection of basic science and clinical innovation, offering insights that could lead to significant advancements in medical science.
