Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRES (Proline-Arginine-Rich Endothelial Secretion) is a protein that has garnered interest due to its potential role in endothelial function and cardiovascular health. Its discovery arose from the need to understand the intricacies of vascular biology and the factors influencing angiogenesis and vascular permeability. Research has shown that PRES can be secreted by endothelial cells and may participate in various cellular processes, including inflammation and response to vascular injury. The protein's rich proline and arginine composition suggests it might play a pivotal role in protein-protein interactions and signaling pathways crucial for endothelial integrity. Additionally, investigations into its structure and function aim to elucidate how PRES contributes to pathological conditions such as atherosclerosis, hypertension, and other forms of cardiovascular disease. Understanding PRES's mechanisms at the molecular level could lead to novel therapeutic strategies targeting endothelial dysfunction and improving vascular health, therefore highlighting its importance in cardiovascular research. The ongoing studies of PRES not only promise advancements in our understanding of endothelial biology but also the potential for innovative treatments in vascular-related diseases.
