Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PELO (Pelo) is a protein initially identified in Drosophila melanogaster, playing a critical role in embryonic development and cellular processes. It is known to be involved in the regulation of gene expression, cell cycle progression, and stress response. Research has shown that PELO is essential for cell proliferation and differentiation, particularly during early developmental stages. The significance of PELO in developmental biology has prompted scientists to explore its function and mechanisms at a molecular level. Recent studies have highlighted the potential involvement of PELO in various signaling pathways, which may contribute to its role in cancer biology and other diseases when dysregulated. Understanding the structural and functional aspects of PELO, including its interactions with other proteins and cellular pathways, is crucial for unraveling its biological significance. Moreover, insights gained from PELO research may provide therapeutic avenues for targeted interventions in cancer and developmental disorders, making it a focal point of interest in both basic and applied biological research.
