稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ULBP1, or Ul-16 binding protein 1, is a member of the family of non-classical major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class I molecules, primarily expressed in human tissues and associated with immune responses. It plays a crucial role in the activation of natural killer (NK) cells by engaging with specific receptors on these immune effector cells, thus modulating the cytotoxic response against tumor cells and virally infected cells. The study of recombinant ULBP1 protein has garnered significant attention due to its potential applications in cancer immunotherapy, as it can enhance the recognition and destruction of malignancies by the immune system. The expression and purification of recombinant ULBP1 facilitate a deeper understanding of its structure-function relationships and interactions with NK cell receptors, which are critical in designing new therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, given its involvement in immune evasion mechanisms by tumors, insights gained from ULBP1 could lead to the development of novel biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Overall, the research on recombinant ULBP1 protein represents an important frontier in enhancing immune system functionality and developing targeted cancer treatment modalities.
