Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PASD1 (PAS domain protein 1) is a novel cancer-testis antigen primarily expressed in germ cells and certain tumors, making it a promising target for anti-cancer therapies and immunotherapy. The study of PASD1 recombinant protein is motivated by its potential role in tumor immunology, where it may provoke an immune response specifically against cancer cells without affecting normal tissues. Research has shown that PASD1 can serve as a biomarker for specific malignancies, and its expression is often linked to tumor progression and poor prognosis. Additionally, PASD1 is of significant interest due to its involvement in cellular processes such as proliferation and apoptosis. By producing and characterizing PASD1 recombinant protein, researchers aim to better understand its structure, function, and immunogenicity. This exploration facilitates the development of PASD1-based vaccines or antibody therapies, with the goal of activating the immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells expressing PASD1. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which PASD1 contributes to tumorigenesis will not only enhance our knowledge of cancer biology but also pave the way for innovative treatment strategies that exploit the specific expression of PASD1 in tumors. Thus, the investigation of PASD1 recombinant protein is pivotal, offering a potential pathway to advance personalized medicine approaches in oncology.
