稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PARVG (Parvin gamma) is a member of the parvin family of proteins, which play critical roles in the regulation of cell adhesion and the cytoskeletal structure. Research into PARVG has gained momentum due to its involvement in intracellular signaling pathways and potential implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including cancer metastasis and cardiovascular diseases. Unlike its homologs, PARVG's unique structure and functional characteristics suggest it may contribute to tissue-specific functions. Preliminary studies indicate that PARVG may interact with several integrins and actin-associated proteins, influencing cell migration and adhesion dynamics. However, the precise molecular mechanisms underlying these interactions remain largely unexplored. Given its potential as a therapeutic target, there is an increasing interest in the expression and characterization of recombinant PARVG for further functional studies. By creating a recombinant version of this protein, researchers aim to elucidate its role in cellular processes and assess its effects on cell behavior. This foundational research may pave the way for developing targeted therapies that modulate PARVG activity in diseases where cell adhesion and migration are critical factors, thus highlighting the importance of PARVG in cellular biology and its potential as a drug target.
