Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARHGAP4, or Rho GTPase-activating protein 4, plays a significant role in the regulation of Rho family GTPases, which are crucial for various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and signal transduction. Research has indicated that ARHGAP4 may be involved in several physiological and pathological conditions, such as cancer metastasis and immune responses. The understanding of its function has been advanced through studies on its protein structure, interactions, and signaling pathways. Emerging evidence suggests that ARHGAP4 may also have implications in neurodegenerative diseases and developmental disorders. Given its potential as a therapeutic target, the development of recombinant ARHGAP4 proteins for functional assays and high-throughput screening is essential. By producing and studying these recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanism of ARHGAP4 in modulating Rho GTPase activity and its biological impact, thereby paving the way for novel intervention strategies in diseases where ARHGAP4 dysregulation is implicated. This research not only enhances our understanding of ARHGAP4's role in cellular functions but also stimulates interest in exploring its therapeutic potential in clinical applications.
