稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
P2RY8, a member of the purinergic receptor family, encodes a G protein-coupled receptor that is primarily expressed in immune cells, particularly B lymphocytes. Its involvement in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in response to extracellular ATP and other purines, has garnered attention due to its potential role in immune response modulation. Research has indicated that P2RY8 is implicated in various autoimmune diseases, lymphoproliferative disorders, and certain types of cancer. Importantly, the receptor's gene is located on the X chromosome, making it subject to unique regulatory mechanisms and mutations that may contribute to sex-specific predispositions in disease. The development of recombinant P2RY8 protein has become a focal point of study to elucidate its functional properties, signaling mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding the structure and activity of P2RY8 is crucial for exploring its therapeutic potential, particularly in harnessing its role in immune system regulation and identifying novel targets for treatment strategies in related diseases. Research efforts are ongoing to characterize this protein further, with hopes of unraveling its complexities and contributing to the broader understanding of purinergic signaling in health and disease.
