稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The P18SRP protein, a key component of the signal recognition particle (SRP) pathway, has garnered attention in recent years due to its crucial role in the co-translational targeting of nascent proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) in eukaryotic cells. This pathway is essential for the proper functioning of cells, as it ensures that secretory and membrane proteins are accurately synthesized and directed to their appropriate destinations. Research into P18SRP focuses on its structure, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other SRP components, as well as its implications in cellular processes such as protein folding and quality control. Mutations or dysfunctions in the proteins involved in this pathway, including P18SRP, have been linked to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and cancers, highlighting the significance of understanding its biology. Furthermore, studies utilizing advanced techniques such as cryo-electron microscopy and biochemical assays have revealed intricate details of P18SRP’s interactions and confirm its pivotal role in the SRP mechanism. As a result, P18SRP not only serves as a fundamental topic in cellular and molecular biology but also holds potential for therapeutic interventions, making it a subject of increasing interest in biomedical research.
